Refund Policy

Hows do refunds and exchanges work? 

You have 30 days to request a refund or exchange from the day of purchase by sending an email to info@rise.bm. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded on the same credit card used for the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund. In this instance, we may offer you an exchange or credit but it is not guaranteed. 

How do I know if I am eligible for a refund or exchange? 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased a session or package of sessions on our site and not have used any of the sessions purchased. Your request for refund or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. 

Pre-packaged downloadable products or gift cards are exempt from being returned or refunded. These include Digital courses, guides and other digital products.

How do exchanges work?

Exchanges are subject to availability. We can exchange one session for a different session as long as they are the same price and a change request is made within 30 months of the purchase. To request an exchange of the session, please send us an email at info@rise.bm.

What if I purchased the wrong product by accident? 

If you purchased the wrong product, please contact info@rise.bm and we will either exchange it for the correct product (if it is the same price) or issue a refund and so that you can purchase the correct product. 

I purchased a product at a discount - can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange discounted sessions. 

 

How long does the refund process take?

Once you request a refund, we will send you an email within 48 hours to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment without delay (subject to bank refund processing time).

 

I don’t see my refund yet - what do I do? 

If you were approved for a refund and are waiting to receive the funds, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and often some processing time is required before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 14 days of request, please contact us at info@rise.bm.
